Does made to order automatically mean non-returnable?
No. Under our policy, a standard FOCUS design in a standard available option is not automatically custom or bespoke just because it is made after ordering. Personalisation, resizing, bespoke work and other exclusions can affect change-of-mind eligibility. Check the full policy.
Check return eligibilityWhat does the lifetime warranty cover?
It covers eligible manufacturing defects for the original purchaser, subject to the full warranty terms. It is not insurance against loss, theft, accidental damage or normal wear. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law remain unaffected.
