Website orders

Carriage is charged on all box orders.

Jewellery orders up to £100.00 is charged at £5.00

Jewellery orders above £100.00 is carriage free.

Orders received by midday monday to friday excluding bank holidays etc., will usually be dispatched the same day (this is not guaranteed), providing payment has been cleared or approved credit facilities are in operation.
Orders received after midday will usually be dispatched on the next working day;
During very busy periods dispatch times may be extended.

All dimensions quoted are approximate and may vary with individual pieces, likewise written descriptions may show inaccuracies; please use our dimensions & descriptions for guidance only.
Focus does not accept any responsibility for any errors that may occur.

Our silver products are guaranteed for 12 months from date of purchase against manufacturing defects , subject to fair wear & tear only.
We cannot offer a guarantee on fashion jewellery items or boxes but will replace any items that are not satisfactory upon delivery.

When returning any product please quote the product id no.

Any product purchased on the website without first seeing it in reality maybe returned within 7 days for credit or refund if not absolutely satisfactory for any reason.

Out of stock products are not charged for. A refund will be made if any product has been paid for that is out of stock. O/S items will not be placed onto backorder.

Payment can be made by Paypal, or by phone quoting credit/debit card details.
Cheques or cash payments are accepted but orders will not be released until payments are cleared.
