Website orders
carriage on all website orders despatched up to £50.00 (net value) will be charged at £2.50.
above £50.00 (net value) carriage on website orders is paid by focus. (U.K only)


Orders received by midday (monday to friday excluding bank holidays etc., will normally be despatched the same day, orders received after midday will be despatched on the next working day;
during very busy periods despatch time may be extended.

All dimensions are approximate and may vary with individual pieces,
likewise descriptions written may show inaccuracies; please use our dimensions & descriptions for guidance only.
focus does not accept any responsibility for any errors that may occur.

Our products are guaranteed for 12 months from date of purchase against manufacturing defects , subject to fair wear & tear.

When returning any product please quote the product id no.

Any product purchased on the website without first seeing it in reality maybe returned within 7 days for credit or refund if not absolutely satisfactory for any reason.
